This notice applies to visitors of vitaclinic.hu and to enquirers contacting us through the website, under the GDPR (EU 2016/679).

What data we process

Contact forms and chat: name, email, phone number, message text, chosen enquiry type (callback, appointment, quote, other), language and page of the enquiry.

Files you choose to upload (e.g. X-ray, existing treatment plan) — these may constitute health data; by uploading you explicitly request their use for preparing your quote (Art. 9(2)(a) and (h) GDPR).

Technical data: request time, browser identifier, an irreversible hash of your IP address (abuse protection), country code, and — if you arrive from an ad — the Google click ID (gclid).

Purposes and legal bases

Answering enquiries, callbacks, appointment scheduling, quote preparation — pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Measuring advertising campaigns (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads) — only with your cookie consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Secure operation of the website and spam protection — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Processors and recipients

Cloudflare, Inc. (USA, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) — hosting, content delivery, storage of form data and uploaded files.

Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany) — delivery of notification emails.

Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) — Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager; only after consent.

Beyond these, only we and our contracted website operator have access. We never sell data to third parties.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept until the purpose is fulfilled, at most 24 months from contact — unless you become a patient, in which case statutory medical-record retention periods apply.

Uploaded files are deleted once your quote is prepared, at the latest after 24 months.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time — write to contact@vitaclinic.hu; we respond within 30 days.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority NAIH (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa u. 9–11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu) or the authority of your country of residence.
